Insureability is not an insurance company, agency or broker and doesn't recommend insurers; alerts and reports present public records and label every number with its source.

Common questions

Is this an official determination? No. It's the public record, organized: CAL FIRE's maps, FEMA's maps, the Department of Insurance's data and announcements, the FAIR Plan's own counts. Insurers still underwrite each home. It tells your client what to expect and what to ask.

How current is it? We check every source daily. The Department of Insurance posts announcements, rate approvals and moratoriums as they happen; the FAIR Plan publishes ZIP code counts quarterly. Every change is listed on Updates.

Can my client see it without an account? Yes. Text or email them the link; it opens on any phone.
